The Fresh Breeze Starlix

The Starlix Glider offers an excellent performance for the powered paragliding (DULV) as well as for the motorless flight (DHV). The canopy is DHV-rated 1  2 and comes in 4 sizes. They cover wide weight ratios from 55 to 250 kg. The well balanced flight behaviour is a pleasure for beginners, but the Starlix offers a very agile and snappy performance for advanced pilots. It is suitable for training (rated by DHV and DULV). The harness hookin offers two heights for the mountain use and the use with a backpack motor. A long lifetime is the result of silicon treated polyurethan covered nylon fabric. The A- and B-lines are reinforced to cover the specific stresses of powered paragliding. The aim of construction was to design a powerful, fast and safe paraglider with easy handling. We are able to offer you a complete system licenced by the German Association of ultra light flyers (DULV) which fulfils all necessary standards of a modern paraglider and the safety of a (DHV) rated wing.
Because of the emphasis placed on safety at Fresh Breeze, we have incorporated the following features into the Starlix paraglider: Easy inflation and lift properties, Minimal tendency for "ground-hugging" during take-off, Near-zero level of negative turning or overturning and Self-stabilization of the canopy in cases of failure - even without the pilot's help. A light pull on the risers will get the Glider overhead with little effort. The Starlex is a very efficient canopy: you can easily continue flying with the motor switched off, or you can restart the motor in flight without any problems.
